Take an active role in advancing the state of the arts in Northern Virginia. As a volunteer, you are at the forefront of the development of an arts culture on a county and state-wide level. Volunteer Process

Application
Submit an application of interest. We review all applications on a weekly basis and begin the interview process for promising candidates

Training
Undergo training on policy, procedures, and receive a certificate of completion. As volunteers develop in their roles, we offer the opportunity for leadership and management positions to volunteers who seek a more active role in our community.

Development
Become an active leader in our community. Join the management initiative of one of our four departments. Learn and develop skills that will make you desirable for the entirety of your career. Gain confidence in your capabilities through a supportive environment that fosters and achieves growth for all involved. Above all, you'll make a serious difference in the community. In doing so, you inspire others to do the same.
